These are In-Ground Cycads grown for sale, eventually placed into a container and priced the same as cycads that have been grown for many years in containers differing due to handling the size.  

Is there a benefit in getting a cycad grown in the ground over a cycad grown in a container?  Yes, cycads grown in well-draining soil with nature's micronutrients, under correct levels of sunlight are more vibrant and robust than container-grown cycads.  Cycads grown in the ground grow 3-5 times faster and are larger but the downside is that digging is required.  These will be dug at no cost to you.  These in-ground cycads can be prepared for you to take home in one day.  Their location has tillable soil thus they are fairly easy to dig.
